Our Pastors

Matt has had a passion for serving the Lord since an early age. He and his wife Wendi felt a call toward full time ministry for many years. Matt has a Masters degree in Urban Ministry Leadership from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Both Matt and Wendi have a passion for discipleship, evangelism, and equipping people to following God’s calling on their life. Matt has many years of ministry experience, teaching, training, men’s ministry, sports ministry, one to one discipleship, and others. They were married in 1998. Wendi is an RN and home schools their three children Hannah, Christian, and Isabelle. Matt enjoys, time with the family, exercising, fishing, Patriots games, and hanging out with friends.

Conrad earned his Undergraduate Degree in Youth Ministry from Eastern University and his Master’s of Divinity degree from Biblical Theological Seminary. He has been exposed to a wide range of ministry; from urban to suburban and from church to non-profit. Conrad has a passion to see youth and young adults use their unique gifts for God’s glory. Conrad and Emily were married in 2012. In 2015, their daughter Willow was born. Conrad, Emily, and Willow love to explore new places, try new food and create music and art together.

Stephen, or as we call him “Bailey”, has been married to Tracy since 2005. They have 2 children, Emily and Jack. He has served for the past 13 years in various church roles, but answered God’s call to come to New England to serve in August of 2018 as our Worship Pastor. He enjoys spending time with his family, gospel-centered theology, blogging, reading anything Charles Spurgeon, and his gloriously majestic chihuahua, Sally.
